Your feet are the foundation of your entire body. When they function well, the ankles, knees, hips, and spine can move in proper alignment. When they don’t, it can lead to pain, fatigue, and imbalances throughout the body.
The Foot & Posture Care Program is designed to assess how your feet, arches, and gait contribute to your overall posture and to create a personalized plan to improve comfort, movement, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
This program is ideal for people with:
Flat feet or high arches
Foot pain (plantar fasciitis, heel pain, metatarsalgia)
Knee, hip, or low back pain related to poor alignment
Ankle instability or frequent rolling
Postural imbalances (slouching, forward head posture)
Pain when standing or walking for long periods
Tight calves, hamstrings, or hip muscles
Fatigue in the legs or feet during daily activity
Your assessment includes:
Foot posture analysis (arches, pronation/supination)
Standing posture assessment
Gait evaluation (walking pattern, foot mechanics)
Balance and stability tests
Joint mobility testing for ankles, knees, hips, and spine
Muscle strength and flexibility testing
If appropriate, we will assess whether custom orthotics could improve support and alignment.

To restore proper alignment and reduce pain, treatment may include:
Joint mobilizations for feet, ankles, and hips
